A punk show was called in for a noise complaint on March 25th, 2011 around 10:45. The recording starts around 11:05 after police ordered all participants to disperse, and arrested a tenant for drinking in public (witnesses report police pulling this individual from his porch to the street, them charging him). Memory limit ends my recording just before police arrest another 2 people for hindering police investigation, disorderly conduct, drinking in public, and resisting/fleeing arrest. (witnesses also claim these allegations were false and unjust)
